400 last call
Dialing 400, you can know the number of your last missed call. A recorded message will tell you the number, date and time of the last call you missed.

PBX
With PBX you can always have reachable phone lines. It allows you to manage incoming and outcoming calls at the same time as well as two or more calls at the same time. Incoming calls, directed to a main directory number, are sorted on the first line available connected through PBX to the other ones. When calling out, it is always the main PBX directory number to appear, even if the call is made from a secondary directory PBX number.
Cost: €2.44 per month
All fees include VAT tax, effective from January 1st, 2015.

What Is VoIP?

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is the technology that allows you to route voice communication over a standard Internet connection.

How Does VoIP Work?

Through VoIP, voice is converted into a digital signal, divided into data packets and sent over the network. When reaching their destination, the data packets are reassembled and become understandable for the receiver. In this way, the Internet replaces traditional copper or fiber optic cables. The subscriber will need a specific device to make possible the conversion from the digital to the sound signal. It can be a computer, an adapter for the telephone they already have or a new type of phone. The specific hardware devices, such as routers, IP phones and telephone adapters (ATA) make the telephone service independent from the computer and can be also accessed via the traditional analog cordless or mobile phone.

VoIP Advantages

  • Using their own access to the Internet to make phone calls from home or the workplace allows our customers to reduce dramatically their monthly bill because all calls travel through the ADSL network.
  • Phone calls are free of charge for the customers who call one another using our ConVoIP service.
  • The customers who choose ConVoIP, will not have to pay the monthly fee to Telecom Italia.

VoIP LNP (Local Number Portability)

By choosing the service ConVoIP our customers can keep their old home phone number, given to them by Telecom Italia, if they still reside in the same geographic area. If they fill in the provided form, their number can continue to appear in the phone directory. This service is free of charge. The form can be filled and handed in when signing the contract at our HQ, or sent by snail mail to the following address: Convergenze S.p.A. Benefit Company via Seliano, 2 Capaccio Paestum 84047 (SA).

Non-geographic Numbers

ConVoIP allows our customers to call non-geographic numbers (199, 840, 848) and emergency numbers (112, 113, 114, 115, 117, 118, 1515, 1500, 1518, 1530, 187, 191).
The quality and availability of this service depends on the status of each customer's network. ConVoIP does not allow indirect access to another operator (carrier selection and carrier pre-selection).
