Convergenze Provides IPv6 to All ULL, ADSL and Wireless ETH Customers!

Convergenze S.p.A. is pleased to announce the start of production of a new feature for connectivity services. Last year we started the development work to migrate to Dual Stack (IPv4 / IPv6) all services we provide, such as VoIP, Hosting, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) and Domain Name System (DNS). Finally, we are now able to offer our ULL, Wireless and ADSL ETH customers not only the dynamic/static IPv4, but also a dynamic or static IPv6 /64 subnet. 
This feature prepares the Convergenze Network for the new services that will soon be available on Internet, and especially for the INTERNET OF THINGS, in which all objects of our daily lives will be connected to the Internet via a public IPv6 address. 
The use of this option is available to our customers if their routers support the IPv6 and PrefixDelegation features. At the moment, all routers with Mikrotik base and the router Digicom RAW300C - T03 have been tested on our network. Soon, the technical department will add more routers to the list.
