Introducing the New PBX Service for Business and Residential Customers

Convergenze is now able to offer a new service, the Private Branch Exchange, which enables your business phone lines to be always reachable. It allows you to manage incoming and out-coming calls at the same time and two or more calls at the same time.
Incoming calls, directed to a main directory number, are sorted on the first available line, which is connected to the other ones through PBX.

When calling out, it is always the main PBX directory number to appear, even if the call is made from a secondary directory PBX number.

This configuration requires a minimum of two VOIP or two LLU voice lines, or one of each.
The additional fee for the PBX service (main/secondary directory number) is € 2.00 per month, VAT excluded.
