AGCOM: Landline network invoices must be issued monthly

AGCOM, the Italian authority on communications, in a recent press release has informed the public that the time unit for the renewal and billing of landline network contracts must be the month. The AGCOM has established a ninety-day time period for all operators to adapt to the new rules, as the fees for the services charged to users on a period of time different than the month reduces transparency toward them and fair information.
