The Convergenze team had gathered again this year to celebrate the eleventh anniversary of the Company with a trip to the beautiful region of Apulia.
To welcome us, the characteristic resort Tenuta Monacelle and 45 electric bikes on which we have cycled for several kilometers through the country roads and paths of the Itria Valley and its extensive olive groves, the picturesque Trulli and the nearby Adriatic Sea.
During the day, the staff also gathered for an informal meeting to discuss and exchange views on business issues and enhance interpersonal communication following the briefing given by CEO Rosario Pingaro, who stressed the importance of doing business and being together beyond the boundaries of the office space.
The day continued savoring the tasty local food, the fine wines and visiting the town of Alberobello.
After this new experience, the Convergences team is ready to face new challenges and achieve new goals.
