Since yesterday afternoon we haven't been able to receive and deliver calls on the Telecom Italia network. Convergenze S.p.A. is not responsible for this unfortunate accident. Telecom Italia has cut off all connections with our third-party provider, Elitel S.p.A., leaving 250,000 customers, including all our VoIP customers, without service.
During the night, we were able to create a bridge with another provider to enable our customers to, at least, make calls.
We are not sparing any effort to restore the service in its entirety as soon as possible. We have also informed the national Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and are doing our best to solve the problem.
